My name is Kim Sanchez and I have been decorating
cakes since 2003. I started decorating just as a hobby
and found it to be a love and passion of mine. I am
happily married with two sons and two dogs that keep
me quite busy. We live in Austin, Texas.
I bake each cake fresh to order. It is the attention to
detail and special touches on my cakes as well as the
delicious, flavorful taste that sets me apart from other
bakers in this area. My love for making delicious,
creative and beautiful cakes shows in every detail of
every cake I create. I will help you design the perfect

your ideas, asking you questions and making
